This has nothing to do with being an expert ( I work in IT and development BTW) but common sense. So what you are saying is that my i7 16GIG PC which was able to play the last 6,500 battles with smooth graphics has somehow magically stopped processing as it has after the 0.71 update and that it is my computer that is the problem?. Really hoping that they are able to fix whatever this last patch broke, or I may also be moving on to a game that doesn't have the performance issues that this one seems prone to after a patch. Yes, I have my gripes about the game and some of the mechanics but so far I have not come across another game that is quite like it. I really enjoy this game and the community here. I have changed settings, removed mods, and even went sa far as to try a fresh install.twice. Like others I have submitted tickets, and tried just about everything I can think of to fix the issue on my end. Not to mention if it was the player's machine, why would it take anywhere from 5-7 matches to become an issue? From what I have read, that is not the case.
Unless they are all somehow lying, it is apparent that the issue is affecting even high end systems dedicated to gaming.Ĥ) If it was a case of player's computers being incapable of running this game after the 7.2 patch with a high/med graphics setting, then those same people should have seen at least a slight improvement after lowering those setting to low/very low. Everything has been "buttery smooth" until 7.2 hit.Ģ) I can play other games that place a much higher load on my machine and internet connection than WoWs or WOT, with no issues at all.ģ) If you read some of the threads you will see that many of the players post their rigs stats. I find it very hard to believe that the issue lies with our PC's for these reasons:ġ)Myself and others have been playing for a couple years now with no graphics issues at all. There have been multiple threads about this problem, and as the OP states, no official response from WG or support on fixing it. The OP's video is pretty typical of what a lot of us are running into since the last patch dropped.
